Hi, I’m Anita, and welcome to my website.

At Body with Anita we offer the following classes and treatments:

  • Dance Body – Join my DANCEBODY FITNESS classes and get fit the fun way! – these classes are a reasonable pace – and a mix of ZUMBA and ‘Strictly’ inspired dance moves – suitable for beginners to intermediate levels of fitness – All ages take part in my classes – from 18 – 80! You can either ‘Go for it!’ or take it all at a more leisurely pace with the alternatives I give – don’t be afraid to give it a go – you’ll love the energy and music!
  • Barre Body – Body and Core Fitness with poise and precision – we partake in a warm up, some body toning techniques as well as some basic ballet exercises that are great for posture and the core. I offer a 45 min class on Thursday Mornings and a Barre/Dance Fitness mix class on Wednesday evenings which includes 30 mins of energising Dance Body Fitness and 30 mins of Barre Body.
  • FITNESS PILATES – The aim of my Fitness Pilates classes is to keep everyone moving in a relaxed, friendly and safe way. These 45 minute classes include a ‘flow’ of basic Pilates toning and stretching moves to help improve posture, strength, flexibility and mental wellbeing – ultimately taking steps to improve your everyday life.
  • Body Rehab – Clinical Massage Treatment for your aches and pains – A regular massage will help to stretch and release any aches or pains or help treat specific niggling conditions. With 35 years experience in the Health and Beauty Industry I love trying to ‘fix’ people and each of my massage treatments are ‘bespoke’ and tailored to each individual. Don’t worry if you have never tried any of the classes or treatments before. Every BODY can benefit! You don’t have to be fit – You don’t have to know how to dance – just be prepared to move and laugh! Come try a class or two, I guarantee you will have fun, tone up and make new friends – I look forward to meeting you!
